The First Annual Battle of the Bands took place in Commerce Twp., MI in May 2010, with TV Personality Lila Lazarus as our host, the Bugs Beddow Band featured, and Cody Sheldon of American Idol fame, along with 10 bands competing for top prize.

ADA Cure-Care-Commitment Award

Tyler Kramer was awarded the 2009 American Diabetes Association Cure-Care-Commitment Award for all his fundraising efforts and role as the 2008 Youth Ambassador for the tour.

2008 Tour de Cure-Tyler Kramer-Youth Ambassador

Tyler was the Youth Ambassodor for the 2008 Tour de Cure. Team Tyler had 56 riders and raised over $26,000-a record amount which still stands today!

American Diabetes Association Camp Midicha

The American Diabetes Association (ADA) is the leading provider of diabetes camps across the country. Tyler attended the ADA’s Camp Midicha residential program in the past, and in 2009, Tyler went on the Pennsylvania Pedal & Paddle trip, where he camped for 5 nights and enjoyed white water rafting, biking, & paintball. All the kids on the trip had Type 1 Diabetes and they had a great time sharing many great experiences and building friendships.
