In 2009, the Kramer’s got involved with VPR Patient Outreach Program when Tyler was asked to become an A1C Champion. The Kramer’s were 1 of 5 families in the U.S. who traveled to different cities to lead empowering & interactive family diabetes support groups.

TEAM TYLER

In 2006 & 2007 the Kramer’s participated in the American Diabetes Association’s Tour de Cure. By 2008, Tyler was nominated to be the Youth Ambassador. Team Tyler was recognized as the top fundraising team, the largest non-corporate team with 56 members in the Midwest and raised an unmatched $26,000!
